Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing & Buying

• Source and confirm styles, fabrics, and pricing from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate cost, quantity (MOQ), delivery timelines, and payment terms.

2. Trend Research & Product Development

• Research TikTok, Instagram, competitor brands, and boutiques to identify top trends.
• Collaborate with the graphic design and data team to select styles from our design pool that are most likely to sell.
• Approve samples and finalize production files with the manufacturer.

3. Inventory & Sales Support

• Work with the data analyst to identify high-performing SKUs for restock. for both our Amazon and website.
• Help ensure the right styles are available for both wholesale and direct customers.

4. Quality Control & Logistics

• Coordinate with the supplier to ensure consistent product quality.
• Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery for both B2B and B2C drops.

5. B2B Coordination

• Align with the sales/outreach team on which designs boutiques are interested in.
• Prioritize confirmed B2B orders for manufacturing.
• find newsuppliers and negotiate terms

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of preferably fashion buying and trend forecasting.
• Experience dealing with clothing manufacturers or suppliers.
• Great negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely with WhatsApp, email, and Google Drive.
