Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Facility Manager to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of the company’s real estate assets. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to provide an optimal environment for tenants and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of all real estate facilities.
Oversee building maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain facility security.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
Prepare and manage facility budgets and ensure cost control.
Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate move-in and move-out logistics for tenants.
Ensure proper waste management and sustainability practices are followed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in real estate.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
