Are you a skilled and proactive Facility Manager with a passion for maintaining high standards in a building? Starfield Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Facility Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of all school facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.
– Manage and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and improvements.
– Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all school buildings, grounds, and equipment.
– Monitor and manage utility usage and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
– Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and emergency preparedness.
– Coordinate and oversee school events, ensuring facilities are properly set up and maintained throughout.
– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inventory, and inspections.
– Liaise with school administration to ensure all facility-related needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Facility Manager.
– Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
– Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, vendors, and contractors.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
Experience:
- facility management: 2 years (Preferred)
