1. Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan and schedule posts that align with brand goals and campaigns.
• Develop content calendars with a balance of visuals, copy, and engagement posts.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions (CTAs).

2. Graphic Design & Visual Branding

• Design eye-catching graphics for posts, stories, reels, banners, and ads.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand identity (fonts, colors, logos, themes).
• Create infographics, quote templates, carousel posts, and promo designs.

3. Analytics & Insights

• Monitor performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Use insights to refine content and design strategies for better performance.

4. Community Management

• Reply to comments and messages professionally and timely.
• Build brand loyalty through active engagement and humanized communication.

5. Trend Research & Creativity

• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and design aesthetics.
• Apply trends creatively to make content more relatable and viral.

6. Platform-Specific Design Knowledge

• Tailor designs for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram stories vs. LinkedIn banners).
• Optimize image/video sizes and formats for each platform.

7. Ad Campaign Support

• Design ad creatives (static, carousel, video) for paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital marketers to A/B test visuals.

8. Tools Mastery

• Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or CapCut for video edits.
• Also uses scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
