Job Description:
The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive loyalty, and maximize the overall guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to drive guest retention and satisfaction.
– Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized engagement.
– Manage and optimize CRM software and tools to ensure effective data management and communication.
– Create and oversee targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
– Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance the guest experience.
– Monitor and report on CRM metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software and tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
