We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Experienced Marketer to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial services marketing, business development, and customer relationship management. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the banking industry, market trends, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Promote financial products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Organize marketing campaigns, product awareness events, and financial literacy programs.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure market-fit offerings.
• Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development within a financial institution (bank, microfinance, investment firm, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the banking sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Job Type:  Full-time

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
