Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including campaign development, budgeting, and ROI (Return of Investment) analysis.

2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

3. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

4. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).

5. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

6. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.

Requirements:

1. Education: BSc, HND, OND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Skills:

1. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

2. Proficient in marketing automation platforms.

3. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Experience with social media advertising and management.
