Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and reports, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Meeting Coordination:
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Attend meetings as required, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange and manage logistics for both internal and external meetings, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup..
Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
- Represent the executive in a professional manner, both internally and externally.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage and protect the executive’s personal and professional information.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting , Economics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: From ₦250,000.00 per month
