Job Description:

Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to an individual, often an executive or senior-level staff member

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Provide a bridge for clear communication and maintain credibility, trust, and support between the office of the Managing Director and staff.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • A graduate of any discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Remuneration: NGN 200,000- 300,000
