EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
•Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients.
•Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
•Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
•Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
•Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the MD.
•Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
•Coordinate and support events or initiatives led by the MD.
•Assist in preparing and managing presentations, proposals, and reports.
•Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors or service providers as directed.
•Provide general administrative support to the MD as required.
•Be available to support urgent tasks or projects during weekends or after hours.
•Manage and update the MD’s social media presence when needed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant
•BSc/HND in Business Administration or related field
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
•Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•Tech-savvy and social media aware – able to support online tasks.
•Must reside within proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or surrounding areas.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
