Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Founding Partner’s calendar, proactively managing meetings, appointments, and schedule priorities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication — managing emails, follow-ups, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate seamless travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Support leadership meetings: prepare agendas, conduct background research, take notes, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Draft high-quality communications, reports, presentations, and documents with precision and polish.
  • Organize team events, investor meetings, board sessions, and retreats — both virtual and in-person.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professional maturity.
  • Track ongoing projects and team deliverables, helping to maintain clear timelines and workflows.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, companies, and individuals relevant to WEAV’s operations.
  • Assist with operational and administrative duties such as expense reports, onboarding logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders with calm efficiency.
  • Highly proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and related digital tools.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and a proactive mindset — you stay one step ahead.
  • Comfortable working independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet, dependable, and emotionally intelligent — with the ability to represent senior leadership.
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior executives is a plus.
  • Project coordination or basic research and analytical skills are a bonus.

Education: Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Preferred)

Pay: ₦200,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
