We’re looking for two highly skilled, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistants to join forces with two innovative U.S.-based startups — one in home services, the other in mortgage tech.
Both roles require bilingual communication (Spanish-English), excellent organization, and the ability to manage systems, tasks, and people without constant supervision. If you’re proactive, structured, and ready to support founders in growth mode — we want you on our team.

- You can independently manage schedules, tasks, and team communications.
- You’re highly organized and can juggle multiple responsibilities at once. Responsibilities:
? Administrative Operations & Tracking:
- Manage digital records, track task progress, and update CRMs.
- Support onboarding workflows (contractors or partners).
- Monitor inboxes, update internal trackers, and maintain SOP documentation.
- Schedule interviews, send reminders, and follow up on missing info.
? Outreach & Engagement:
- Join and engage in targeted Facebook groups (local or niche-based).
- Post content, track engagement, and log results daily.
- Respond to leads, coordinate next steps, and hand off to the right team member.
- Build and maintain lists of outreach efforts, referral partners, or applicants.
? Team & Client Support:
- Attend weekly team syncs via Slack or Zoom.
- Coordinate with Ops Manager and Social Media VA as needed.
- Assist with onboarding support staff, contractors, or clients.
- Help enforce task deadlines and track milestones.
✅ Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (C1 level or better in both).
- Experience with inbox/calendar management and project workflows.
- Excellent with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, and project management tools (Notion, Asana, GoHighLevel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive sense of ownership.
- Available 5 days a week with at least 3–4 hours overlap with Arizona (MST) timezone.
- High integrity you’ll be handling sensitive client and financial data.
