Job Description:
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Research and propose event concepts tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
- Secure necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for events.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential risks or last-minute changes
Client & Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Budget & Financial Management:
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Track expenses and provide accurate financial reports post-event.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
Logistics & Operations:
- Develop event timelines and task assignments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee on-site event execution, coordinating with staff and vendors.
- Handle event setup, registration, guest management, and troubleshooting any last-minute issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and health regulations.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Design event branding, invitations, and promotional materials as needed.
- Engage with guests and stakeholders before, during, and after events to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
- Conducted site visits and oversaw event setup, ensuring all elements aligned with the event’s vision.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to optimize cost efficiency.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
