Job Description:

The Events and Operations Coordinator will serve as the logistical and operational backbone of the company, responsible for managing the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events. This individual will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event experiences while supporting the overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize, plan, and execute events from inception to completion.

· Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning and event phases.

· Conduct client consultations to gather event requirements and propose creative, solutions.

· Prepare and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and production schedules

· Manage vendor communications and negotiate terms in line with budget and expectations.

· Support procurement of materials, equipment rentals, and logistics planning.

· Oversee inventory of event materials, décor items, and equipment.

· Maintain organized records of past events, including budgets, vendor contacts, and feedback.

· Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives by capturing event content and coordinating with the marketing team.

· Participate in team brainstorming sessions and support new business development as required.

· Ensure all elements of the event align with client expectations, brand standards, and company values.

· Maintain internal operations calendars and manage event timelines.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and insurance requirements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience in event planning and/or operations.

· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues before they arise.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Trello, or event planning software is a plus.

· Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

· A creative mindset with a passion for excellence in event execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦600,000.00 – ₦800,000.00 per month
