Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Equipment Manager to oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and inventory of equipment used in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of equipment management, and the ability to ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance & Management:

• Oversee the inspection, servicing, and repair of all equipment.
• Ensure that all tools, machinery, and equipment are in good working condition.
• Implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.

Inventory Control & Procurement:

• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, usage, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source, purchase, and replace equipment as needed.
• Monitor equipment lifespan and recommend replacements when necessary.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all equipment meets industry safety standards and regulations.
• Train staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential equipment issues.

Team Coordination & Budgeting:

• Work with different departments to ensure equipment needs are met.
• Manage the budget for equipment repairs, purchases, and replacements.
• Provide reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs.

Requirements:

✔ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Equipment Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in equipment handling, maintenance, or inventory management.
• Experience in sports, manufacturing, construction, events, or logistics is a plus.

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
