Job Description:

We seek a passionate English Teacher with expertise in literature to develop students’ language skills, critical thinking, and appreciation for literary works. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature, integrating classic and contemporary texts.
• Develop lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and discussions.
• Encourage creativity, debate, and independent thinking in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or Education (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification and prior experience preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and curriculum development skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 56 per week
