Job Description:
As Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in growing the Facilitator Network, recruiting and onboarding facilitators, expanding our customer base, and boosting visibility to drive traction. You’ll work at the intersection of community engagement, grassroots marketing, customer success, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Grow and Support the Facilitator Network
- Lead recruitment campaigns to attract new facilitators across target residential estates and urban communities.
- Deliver onboarding, training, and continuous support to ensure facilitator success.
- Co-develop KPIs and performance frameworks for facilitators to improve system uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a direct point of contact and mentor for active facilitators.
2. Expand the Customer Base
- Drive customer acquisition by supporting facilitators in executing localized outreach campaigns and demos.
- Coordinate awareness events, estate activations, and promotional campaigns to attract renters and lease-to-own customers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate and convert local leads into recurring users.
- Support facilitators with tools and templates for customer relationship building and loyalty.
3. Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Engage with estate managers, community leaders, and stakeholders to enable seamless deployment of battery systems.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and networks to amplify outreach and social impact.
- Facilitate trust-building within communities and act as a brand ambassador for Eablenex.
4. Customer Success and Feedback Loop
- Support facilitators in handling customer issues, escalating technical or service concerns as needed.
- Monitor usage patterns and gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product design.
- Develop and manage FAQs, onboarding materials, and user support content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, business, energy, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, field operations, customer-facing roles, or social enterprise.
- Proven ability to drive recruitment, outreach, or grassroots sales in fast-growing or mission-driven environments.
- Familiarity with clean energy, inclusive business models, or PAYGO systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (fluency in Hausa or other local languages is a plus).

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
