KEY DUTIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION

• Oversee and monitor electrical engineering works across construction sites.
• Ensure adherence to approved designs, safety standards, and specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely and quality execution of electrical systems.

DESIGN AND TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT

• Prepare, review, and interpret electrical designs, schematics, and system layouts.
• Provide feedback and suggest modifications where necessary to optimize performance.
• Participate in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE

• Perform quality control inspections on electrical installations and materials.
• Ensure all electrical work meets statutory codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Supervise the proper implementation of approved electrical methodologies.

COSTING AND DOCUMENTATION

• Prepare and review electrical components of project cost estimates, tenders, and quotations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on design reviews, inspections, and site observations.
• Review contractor submissions and assess change requests in relation to electrical scope.

Experience: construction in real estate: 2 years (Preferred)
