Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operate edge banding machine. Safely and efficiently operate edge banding machines to apply edge banding to panels and other furniture components, ensuring accurate and precise application.

2. Set up, clean and Maintain Machines: Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues.

3. Inspect edge banding applications for quality and accuracy and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.

4. Meet production targets and deadlines, while maintaining high levels of quality application, neatness and accuracy.

5. Prepare materials for edge banding and sanding panels to specifications.

6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective production.

8. Troubleshoot issues with edge banding machines and applications and perform repairs as needed.

9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. MUST have experience operating edge banding machines and applying edge banding with perfect finishing.

2. High level of attention to details and ability to work accurately.

3. Must have physical stamina to lift and move heavy panels and furniture works.

4. Strong commitment to safety and ability to work safely in a fast paced production environment.

5. Must be a team player and work collaboratively with other team members.
