Job Description:

We’re seeking qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Teachers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational experiences for children aged 16 months to 5 years. The ideal candidates will have a passion for early years education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all children.

2. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

3. Assess and track children’s progress, identifying areas for support and development.

4. Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

5. Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress.

6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and share best practices.

7. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Education Qualifications.

2. Relevant experience working with children in the early years.

3. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Education: Primary (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
