Job Summary:
We seek highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our client’s team. Successful candidates will identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
– Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services
– Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis
– Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:– OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
– 0-1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage)
– Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
