Direct Sales Agent

Job Description:

The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for selling the company’s products or services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions, field visits, or designated sales points. The role involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting prospects into paying customers while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field marketing.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback and training sessions.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any field (as applicable).
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics is a plus.

• Number of sales closed per week/month
• Customer acquisition rate
• Sales conversion ratio
• Retention of customers and upselling
• Customer satisfaction rating

Pay: ₦70,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
