Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to promote the bank’s products.
Launch tailored campaigns that highlight the bank’s role in building ecosystems for entrepreneurs and farmers, focusing on financing options, mentorship, business advisory and training opportunities.
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and search engines (Google Ads) to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Optimize campaigns to attract deposit mobilization, product uptake, and ecosystem participation.
Content Creation and Ecosystem Building:
Create compelling digital content (blogs, videos, and social media posts) that highlights the bank’s support for entrepreneurs and farmers, including partnerships, success stories, and educational resources.
Design brand fliers and visual materials to effectively promote the bank’s products and initiatives.
Utilize design tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital marketing campaigns.
Develop online resource hubs and communities for entrepreneurs and farmers, offering tools like business tips, market insights, and financing options.
Collaborate with the business development team to create targeted content that resonates with entrepreneurs, agricultural cooperatives, and SMEs.
Social Media and Community Engagement:
Build and manage the bank’s social media presence to foster connections with entrepreneurs, farmers, and other key stakeholders.
Engage with community groups, cooperatives, and industry networks to promote the bank’s ecosystem initiatives.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms to maintain strong relationships and trust.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics:
Optimize the bank’s website and content for search engines to attract entrepreneurs and farmers searching for financial solutions.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user engagement, and campaign ROI.
Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies and ecosystem outreach.
Collaborations and Partnerships:
Work closely with the Head of Business Development to support marketing initiatives with cooperatives, SMEs, women-focused organizations, and agricultural associations.
Partner with ecosystem stakeholders, including agricultural cooperatives and business mentorship groups, to align marketing efforts with the bank’s broader ecosystem-building goals.
Promote financial literacy programs and workshops for farmers and entrepreneurs through digital platforms.
Training and Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools to enhance ecosystem engagement strategies.
Train internal teams on leveraging digital tools to support entrepreneurs and farmers effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or agribusiness sectors.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Strong content creation and storytelling skills to engage target communities.
Proficient in video editing and graphic design using tools such as Figma, Canva, Corel Draw Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to ecosystem building and audience engagement.
Understanding of microfinance, agricultural financing, and entrepreneurial support ecosystems is a strong advantage.
