Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns and ensure the smooth running and performance of our company website.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

2. Monitor ad performance using relevant KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

3. Manage, update, and maintain the company website (WordPress or similar CMS), ensuring seamless user experience, SEO-friendliness, and brand consistency.

4. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives and web content are engaging and effective.

5. Analyze digital performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

6. Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with developers when necessary.Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital advertising and web management.

Requirements

1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns and managing websites.

2. Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

3. Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

4. Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems.

5. Basic understanding of SEO principles.

6. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

7. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Have

1. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).

2. Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms
