Job Description:

We’re hiring a results driven Digital Marketer to lead ZoneX’s online growth. Create and execute digital campaigns, involved in managing social media channels and producing engaging content that attracts and retains users. Understand the Nigerian digital landscape, have a strong grasp of content creation, and is passionate about Fintech and crypto.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and grow ZoneX’s presence across digital platforms including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Stay on top of digital trends, meme culture, and crypto-relevant topics to ensure ZoneX is part of key conversations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
• Manage email marketing, newsletters, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain users.
• Monitor online communities and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Proven experience running digital ad campaigns and using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills (basic graphic/video editing a plus).
• Passion for web3, crypto, or fintech industries and a solid understanding of the space.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative thinker who understands digital behavior and what drives engagement online.
