Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with proven experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of promoting hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands online, using digital platforms to increase bookings, drive guest engagement, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to hospitality audiences.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media, Google Business, and travel platforms.
- Optimize the hotel’s website and online content for SEO and conversion (e.g., bookings, inquiries).
- Create and manage targeted online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop engaging content that promotes hotel offers, events, and guest experiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (website traffic, ROI, guest engagement).
- Work closely with sales, reservations, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Manage email marketing and guest retention campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends in digital hospitality marketing and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of digital channels used in the hospitality industry (TripAdvisor, OTAs, Google, social media).
- Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
- Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
