Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with proven experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of promoting hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands online, using digital platforms to increase bookings, drive guest engagement, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to hospitality audiences.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media, Google Business, and travel platforms.
  • Optimize the hotel’s website and online content for SEO and conversion (e.g., bookings, inquiries).
  • Create and manage targeted online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Develop engaging content that promotes hotel offers, events, and guest experiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (website traffic, ROI, guest engagement).
  • Work closely with sales, reservations, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Manage email marketing and guest retention campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital hospitality marketing and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels used in the hospitality industry (TripAdvisor, OTAs, Google, social media).
  • Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
  • Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦300,000.00 – ₦400,000.00 per month
