As a Digital Ads Manager, you’ll drive growth through expertly crafted paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and more from planning to scaling for global clients. This is a key role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage cross-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms) Manage audience targeting, creative testing, and bid strategies
  • Analyze performance, generate insights, and iterate campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams
  • Report on KPIs and campaign results to leadership and clients
  • Conduct deep keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment for maximum performance

  • Google Ads Certified with a deep understanding of Quality Score and campaign structure
  • Proficiency with SSPs, DSPs, and verification tools
  • Strong skills in keyword segmentation, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs and data segmentation
  • Familiarity with cross-device targeting and ad fraud prevention
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Strong ROI mindset with media buying and conversion tracking experience
  • Data-driven approach to search campaign performance

Social Media Manager with strong Email Marketing skills Location: Remote | Global Bloomclicks is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with Email Marketing Skills to lead our organic and paid presence across multiple platforms with a rooted email marketing strategy. If you’re a storyteller with strong automation and segmentation skills, to build brand authority, grow engaged communities, and drive measurable social results —we want you on our team. Join us to lead our global clients’ social media and full-funnel email strategies that convert.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute lifecycle and drip campaigns
  • Create and manage a content calendar tailored to each platform (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Own segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and automation Optimize campaigns for open rates, CTRs, and conversions
  • Launch, optimize, and analyze paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Collaborate with content/design for effective messaging and layout
  • Ensure GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Develop and execute cross-platform social strategies aligned with company goals
