Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities, including patient scheduling, sample collection, and report delivery.
- Ensure the center operates efficiently and meets turnaround time targets.
- Manage a team of lab technicians, radiologists, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Handle recruitment, training, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to HEFAMMA, RBBN, NNRA or local health authority standards
- Maintain hygiene, safety protocols, and equipment calibration schedules.
- Address patient concerns, manage complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Promote a patient-centric culture.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource usage.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of consumables and equipment.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new patients or corporate tie-ups.
- Analyze data to improve service offerings and profitability.
- Work as a laboratory scientist
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, medical lab technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or diagnostic center operations.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic services (pathology, radiology, etc.).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
