What You’ll Do

✅ Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone professionally and promptly

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and accuracy

✅ Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

✅ Collect and share customer feedback to help us grow

✅ Stay informed about our products, services, and policies

✅ Spot upselling opportunities that benefit our customers

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

A calm, empathetic approach to problem-solving

Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge

Highly organized with attention to detail

Prior customer service experience is a big plus!

Working Hours

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasionally)

Employment Terms

3-month probation

Quarterly performance reviews

One month notice for termination (or pay in lieu)

Confidentiality & company policy adherence required
