Ditcosoft Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced (and/or eager to learn) Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team through various documentation and sales-related activities.

- Ability to create and manage sales documentation and assist in sales activities

This is a full-time role in a hybrid setting.
Candidates must be able to commute to our office 3-4 days a week and also be able to work remotely from home on other day(s).
Responsibilities
- Engage customers daily by making and receiving frequent phone calls
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales documents, proposals, and other related materials
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice or supports
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Assist in managing and updating our knowledge base and FAQs
- Participate in continuous learning to stay updated with our products and services
- Contribute to the documentation of internal processes and customer interactions
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth by recommending best practices and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- ND/HND/BSc or equivalent degree from a higher institution of learning
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Interview Schedule
– First stage: Introduction and assessment of strengths and skills
– Second stage: Practical assessment (Live Interview)
– Final stage: Concluding of terms and contracts with the successful candidate
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
