We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role or a related position
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience in outbound calling or call center operations is advantageous
