Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, strategic, and outspoken customer support rep who would engage in cold calling to retain our extensive range of customers before and after using our product and services.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be working with the team to:

  • Monitor and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat/call
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients to introduce and promote the company’s services
  • Maintain good communication with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Generate customer interest in the service and product offered by the company.
  • Update our internal databases with information about customers’ issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with appropriate departments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a telemarketing role.
  • Must be a graduate from a reputable university
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Yoruba).
  • Sound telephone and texting etiquette
  • Attentive listening and attention to detail

Experience:

  • Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer support: 2 years (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
