Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Onboard new customers and provide product training.
  • Understand customer goals and ensure product adoption to help achieve those goals.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to advocate for customer needs.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions by identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins.
  • Create success plans and business reviews for key accounts.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦50,000.00 – ₦100,000.00 per month
