Customer Success Manager

Job Description:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Onboard new customers and provide product training.
- Understand customer goals and ensure product adoption to help achieve those goals.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to advocate for customer needs.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions by identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins.
- Create success plans and business reviews for key accounts.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
