We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Success Manager to ensure users have the best experience on ZoneX. You’ll handle onboarding, support, and user feedback while working closely with the product and marketing teams to improve satisfaction and retention and work closely with the growth team.

Responsibilities:
- Support and guide users through onboarding and daily usage
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and social platforms
- Track and resolve user issues quickly and professionally
- Collect feedback to improve the product and user experience
- Develop help guides and FAQs
- Work with the marketing team to align messaging and support content
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer support, success, or community roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure and empathetic with users
- Familiar with CRM tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Passion for crypto, tech, or financial services is a big plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
