Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-store.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance on makeup techniques.
  4. Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  7. Collaborate with makeup artists and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and brand events.
    Requirements:
  9. 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  10. Passion for beauty and makeup.
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Basic computer skills (e.g., CRM software).
  14. Availability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays).
    Preferred Qualifications:
  15. Background in English or other similar courses
  16. Previous experience in beauty or retail industry.
  17. Knowledge of customer service software
