Currently Seeking Customer Service Officers
– Respond to Customer Enquiries on our platforms.
– Convert Enquiries into sales.
– Ensure record sheets are updated.
– Make cold calls daily to clients to follow up on their repurchase and to meet with target of 10 orders.
– Follow up by calling clients who have purchased a month ago to repurchase.
– Update Business meeting reports and ensure it’s accurate.
– Take records of weekly management meetings.
– Liaise with logistics partners to have orders attended to and delivered promptly.
– Request for testimonials from clients.
– Have posts go out to our communities daily.
– Follow with Logistics partners to ensure orders are sent on time.
– Follow up with clients to confirm they get their orders.
– Sell products to clients directly in the case of physical events, summits, seminars, etc.
– Create drafts/posts/announcements that would go out to clients.
– Create a weekly post/draft plan that would go to communities daily.
– Update presentation document section for business meetings.
– Reach Out to potential/current distributors to purchase/repurchase.
– Get 10 orders and above from sales daily.
– Handle clients with professionalism.
– Follow and Constantly check social media pages to ensure posts are done regularly.
– Assist in researching better ways to get a more positive number of orders and work on its implementation.
– Review weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
– Recommend ideas that can be implemented by social media to get more clients onboard.
– Promptly and politely responding to inquiries via telephone, social media, email,WhatsApp/SMS, website.
– Direct clients to make orders on the website.
– Attend to clients who seek refunds and follow the process.
– Render accurate daily sales reports.
– Escalating knotty issues to higher authorities for prompt resolution
– Engage clients for feedback.
– Perform customer satisfaction surveys
– Perform net promoter score surveys
– Create and Implement customer retention strategies.
Attend meetings early.
– Render customer satisfaction reports, sales reports and product reports to the manager.
Performs other functions as assigned by the Head of Business and Partnership.

– It is a remote job
– Pay is within 100k

– Transportation to any location is also provided.
