Job Description:
As a Sales & Customer Experience Associate , you will be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. This position requires a blend of product knowledge, persuasive selling, and client relationship management skills to meet sales goals and uphold the brand’s premium image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in clients and provide expert, personalized styling and fabric recommendations.
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs, cross-selling, and upselling suitable products.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Assist with fittings and offer professional guidance on garment styles, fabric textures, and finishing options.
- Proactively introduce new arrivals, promotions, and in-store events to drive engagement and conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, fabric types, seasonal collections, and brand heritage.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries across all platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, email).
- Provide online styling assistance and product recommendations to remote customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending orders, alteration requests, exchanges, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and digital payment tools
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and returning clients.
- Track customer preferences, purchase history, and important dates to personalize future interactions.
- Maintain a clean and detailed client database.
- Encourage repeat visits through thoughtful follow-ups, invitations to promotions, and client-focused outreach.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually aligned with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Support visual merchandising by helping set up displays and showcasing featured products.
- Participate in inventory checks and provide feedback on customer trends or requests.
Person Specification:
- 1–3 years’ experience in fashion retail or luxury sales.
- Strong communication and sales-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and client engagement skills.
- Passion for fashion—especially menswear and classic/luxury style.
- Professional, confident, and service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Familiar with POS systems and digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Instagram, online chat platforms).
