Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, courteous, and well-organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate will be the face of the organization, responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and handling customer-related enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Receive and direct phone calls, messages, and enquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding the company’s products or services
- Attend to guests in a respectful and friendly manner
- Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and coordinate meetings
- Handle complaints or escalate issues to relevant personnel as needed
- Record and distribute incoming and outgoing mails, deliveries, and correspondence
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be polite, well-groomed, and presentable
- Proximity to job location is an added advantage
