Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, courteous, and well-organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate will be the face of the organization, responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and handling customer-related enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Receive and direct phone calls, messages, and enquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding the company’s products or services
  • Attend to guests in a respectful and friendly manner
  • Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area
  • Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle complaints or escalate issues to relevant personnel as needed
  • Record and distribute incoming and outgoing mails, deliveries, and correspondence
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be polite, well-groomed, and presentable
  • Proximity to job location is an added advantage
