We are looking for a customer service rep to join our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand and upholding our reputation for outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, or live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly and professionally.
  • Identifying and understanding customer needs and concerns, and offering appropriate resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Collecting customer feedback, documenting suggestions, and collaborating with other teams to continuously enhance our services.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust in our brand.

Requirements.

· BSc degree in Mass communications or a similar field

· Minimum 3 years proven experience in providing customer service support

· Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

· Tech savvy and ability to resolve first line issues to customers

· Experience handling phone/email support in a call center environment.

· Experience working in a fintech is an added advantage

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and friendly tone.
