This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Benin City. The Customer Service Representative will manage day-to-day customer interactions, providing support and addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing orders, assisting with product information, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The individual will collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to the overall customer service strategy.
