Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Liaising with clients, taking orders, issuing of invoices etc
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and strengthen relationships for future business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service or events planning is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A good command of English, innovative, and driven by service excellence.
  • Experience in the event industry will be a plus.
