Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Liaising with clients, taking orders, issuing of invoices etc
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and strengthen relationships for future business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer service or events planning is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A good command of English, innovative, and driven by service excellence.
- Experience in the event industry will be a plus.
