• Addressing Customer Inquiries.
• Resolving Customer Issues.
• Providing product/service information.
• Processing Orders and Transactions.
• Maintaining Customer Records.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Upselling and cross-selling.
• Following up with customers.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ND/HND in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of customer service.
• Good command of English, verbally and in writing.
