We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service/Personal Assistant to support our Director and manage client communications. The ideal candidate will handle calls, emails, sales data entry, and general administrative tasks while bringing value through ideas and initiative.

  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls from clients in a professional manner.
  • Draft and send emails and official correspondence.
  • Enter and manage sales and client information accurately.
  • Assist the Director with daily tasks and act as a reliable point of contact.
  • Use and manage social media handles efficiently.
  • Provide timely support with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in email communication and basic office software.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
