Customer Service Executive (B2C)

Responsibilities:
Managing relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure utmost customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Delivering exceptional customer service to all prospective and existing customers.
Interacting with prospective and existing customers on all eCommerce and social media platforms.
Analyzing customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in customer service for a pharmaceutical and/or personal care business.
Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.
Proficiency in social media engagement and eCommerce platform management for customer interactions.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
