  • Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information about our media production services
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including technical specifications and production processes
  • Process orders for media production services and handle any returns or exchanges
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, including project details and client feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production and marketing, to ensure client needs are met
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as creating content for social media or email campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with client onboarding and training

Requirements:

  • A minimum SSCE certificate is required
  • 0-1 year experience
