Job Summary
We are looking to employ someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is computer literate for the post of our customer relations officer.

Roles:

  • Manage after sales support
  • Manage inbound and outbound customers requests.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and implement customer retention initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer experience journey and implement incremental process improvements.
  • Track subscription receivables and enable ease of collection.
  • Follow up with customers after their payment is due
  • Advise customers on their various payment options.
  • Develop collection methods that bring in revenue and ensure full payment of subscriptions.
  • Negotiate payment plans and schedules.
  • Process payments.
  • Accurate records documentation & generate reports on statutory activities.
  • Work with the support team to resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc. from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in related field
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent use of grammar and a good sense of poise.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
