Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or brand engagement.
  • Experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content and facilitate discussions.
  • Knowledge of community management tools (Discord, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
  • Experience with event planning and organizing online/offline meetups.
  • Ability to analyze community engagement metrics and user behavior.
  • Strong negotiation skills for partnership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the community.
  • Foster discussions, support, and knowledge-sharing within the community.
  • Plan and execute community events, webinars, and meetups.
  • Build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and key partners.
  • Manage social media groups, forums, and online engagement activities.
  • Respond to community feedback, queries, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners to enhance platform growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create community-driven content.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and user sentiment.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
