Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or brand engagement.
- Experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and facilitate discussions.
- Knowledge of community management tools (Discord, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
- Experience with event planning and organizing online/offline meetups.
- Ability to analyze community engagement metrics and user behavior.
- Strong negotiation skills for partnership development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the community.
- Foster discussions, support, and knowledge-sharing within the community.
- Plan and execute community events, webinars, and meetups.
- Build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and key partners.
- Manage social media groups, forums, and online engagement activities.
- Respond to community feedback, queries, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners to enhance platform growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to create community-driven content.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and user sentiment.
