  • Problem-solving skills to address user issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Comfortable making calls to engage with users and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage users across all social media platforms to provide prompt and effective customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Regularly update rates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for users.
  • Collaborate with Chinese operators to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth communication process between users and operators.
  • Conduct thorough user verification processes to maintain a secure and trustworthy user base.
  • Implement and adhere to established verification procedures.
  • Proactively call new, active, and inactive users to address queries, gather feedback, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Send push notifications to users, keeping them informed about updates, promotions, and relevant information.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of push notifications and make adjustments for optimal engagement.

Pay: ₦85,000.00 per month
