Responsibilities:
- Engage users across all social media platforms to provide prompt and effective customer service.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Regularly update rates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for users.
- Collaborate with Chinese operators to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure a smooth communication process between users and operators.
- Conduct thorough user verification processes to maintain a secure and trustworthy user base.
- Implement and adhere to established verification procedures.
- Proactively call new, active, and inactive users to address queries, gather feedback, and provide assistance as needed.
- Send push notifications to users, keeping them informed about updates, promotions, and relevant information.
- Monitor the effectiveness of push notifications and make adjustments for optimal engagement.
Pay: ₦85,000.00 per month
