Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 5 year’s experience as a Customer Experience Officer/Manager
✅ Proven ability to close deals from inbound calls and customer requests
✅ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools for customer management
✅ Proficient in Excel for reporting, data analysis, and data capture
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Qualification:
- BSc/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
- Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Lekki
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in handling high-value clients and customer escalations
Background in a service-oriented industry (e.g., Logistics, Haulage) is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
