Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Experience Assistant to manage in-store customer interactions, respond to online inquiries, and handle basic social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and ensure a pleasant in-store experience.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram DMs.
  • Post product photos, updates, and promotions on social media platforms.
  • Keep track of daily sales and assist with basic store documentation.
  • Organize and arrange inventory on shelves and ensure the store is neat and presentable.
  • Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback from customers to management to help improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or social media handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or mobile photo editing tools is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, well-organized, and able to multitask.
  • Proximity to the island is an added advantage
